The B2B Ops and Sales Intern at Zoie Health will help drive the growth and smooth operation of our corporate offerings, from lead generation and sales outreach to client onboarding and ongoing support. They will assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, maintaining accurate records in HubSpot, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client needs are met. The role includes supporting corporate clients with setup, pharmacy orders, and proposals, as well as gathering feedback to improve platform usability and service quality. Interns will also help monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest workflow improvements. Customer Service and Logistics Intern

The Customer Service and Logistics Intern at Zoie Health will support the smooth running of our operations, from dispatch and delivery tracking to customer communication and provider coordination. They will help book and monitor shipments, keep logistics records up to date, and assist with order processing and returns. On the customer side, they will respond to customer messages, log interactions, and flag issues for follow-up. The role also includes supporting providers with scheduling, handling administrative tasks like updating subscriptions and scripts, and collaborating with marketing to improve the customer experience. The SAPOA Bursary Fund aims to drive transformation, address historical disparities, and raise awareness of the property sector among the youth. The Fund also seeks to mitigate future skills shortages in real estate. SAPOA offers bursaries to deserving prospective and current university students pursuing studies in the property and built-environment sector.
