Whether you're job hunting, growing your presence in your field, or just figuring things out, who you know (and how you show up) really does matter. ✨

Firstly, let’s talk about personal branding.💼 Your LinkedIn profile is basically your online CV plus your elevator pitch. Make sure it reflects who you are and where you’re headed. In order to achieve this make sure to make use of a clear and professional photo. Write a summary that tells your story, highlights your passion, skills, and goals. Also, highlight your achievements and not just your job titles.

Secondly, let’s talk about networking.🔗 Remember, you don’t need to be an extrovert or have a huge following to network effectively. The best thing you can do for yourself, is to start small. This tends to look like joining relevant groups or forums online. Commenting on posts or share content you find helpful. Attending workshops, info sessions, or even virtual meetups and lastly, following up. A simple “It was great connecting!” message can go a long way. 🙌

Your personal brand and network can open doors you didn’t even know existed. People connect with people, not just job titles or degrees. So be visible, be authentic, and most importantly, be intentional.
