Introducing Jobox's New Vetting Process 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that Jobox's vetting process has undergone a significant transformation. Say goodbye to Google Forms and hello to a streamlined and efficient vetting experience directly on the Jobox platform👋🏽!

Here's what you can expect from the new process:

When you come across a job opportunity that catches your interest, the application process remains the same. Simply log into your Jobox account and access the open jobs table.

1. Now, when you click on "Apply for Job" you'll be seamlessly redirected to a page detailing the vetting test. You’ll be required to complete it before you can apply. This page provides a breakdown of the 5 skill assessments the employer would like all applicants to complete.

2. You'll have 8 minutes to complete each skill assessment. In total, the vetting process should take around 45 minutes to finish. Gone are the days of being redirected to Google Forms🎉. Now, everything will be facilitated directly on the Jobox platform thus ensuring a smoother and more user-friendly experience.

3. Once you've finished all the required skill assessments, you'll be directed to a page showing your test results. If you pass at least 3 out of the 5 skill assessments, you'll still be eligible to apply for the role.

This new approach revolutionises the way Jobox conducts vetting. Instead of being vetted for specific job categories, you'll be assessed based on specific skills. This means you only need to complete a skills assessment once, saving you time and ensuring a more efficient process.

Whether you're applying for one role or multiple, this new process will expedite the vetting process, provide prompt feedback, and ultimately enhance your overall user experience on Jobox.

With all that being said get ready for a smoother, faster, and more intuitive vetting experience. We can't wait for you to try it out!

In-Browser Video Submissions for Students📹

We are thrilled to unveil a groundbreaking update to our platform that will revolutionise the way students engage with job opportunities: In-Browser Video Submissions. Now, students can showcase their personalities, skills, and passion like never before, directly from their browsers.

Here's what this update means for you:

1. Say goodbye to the hassle of third-party applications or software downloads. With our in-browser recording feature, students can easily create and submit video responses to interview questions directly within the platform.

2. Video submissions add depth and authenticity to student profiles, allowing recruiters to get a true sense of each candidate beyond the confines of a traditional resume. This holistic view empowers recruiters to make more informed hiring decisions based on your enhanced candidate profile.

3. Whether it's a pre-screening interview, a project demonstration, or a personal introduction, the possibilities are endless with video submissions. This versatile feature opens doors to a wide range of opportunities for students to stand out in the competitive job market.

How It Works:

1. After you pass your vetting tests, click on the upload a video submission button and click the record submission button

2. Follow the prompts to record your video response directly within your browser. You'll have the flexibility to review and re-record as needed until you're satisfied with your submission.

3. Once you're ready, submit your video with confidence, knowing that recruiters will have a comprehensive view of your skills and personality.
