Happy Better Yourself Friday! 🎉 As we continue to approach the festive season, this week’s segment will focus on being intentional about our next bi steps, while also giving ourselves permission to slow down and rest. December can feel like a mix of emotions. There’s relief after a long year, excitement for what’s next, and sometimes a bit of uncertainty about the future. And that’s perfectly normal. 💛

With that being said, let's start our prep for 2026, which more than anything will entail some direction towards what truly matters to us, while being open minded and accepting that sometimes things don't go our way but its always better to lay some ground work. Let's start off with some simple questions that we should ask ourselves. What habits from this year do you want to carry into 2026? What’s one skill you’d like to build or strengthen next year? What kind of energy do you want to move forward with be it calm, confident or curious?

Remember, you don’t need a full plan. Baby steps such as journaling, writing down goals, or creating a simple vision board can help you start the new year feeling grounded and focused. Lastly, I would like to wish everyone a warm and restful time ahead. To those celebrating Christmas, Merry Christmas!🌲 And to those who don’t, we wish you peace, rest, and a meaningful break.

However you spend this time, we hope it gives you space to recharge, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.
