Is LinkedIn Actually Worth It? 👀

✨ Your LinkedIn Glow-Up Is Complete, Now It’s Time to Show Up

Hey There 👋

Happy Better Yourself Friday! 🎉 We have spent this month talking about LinkedIn, personal branding, and your digital first impression and now we are at the final Friday of February. So here’s the real question: Are you just optimising your profile… or are you actually showing up? 👀 Because here’s the truth: A polished LinkedIn profile is powerful. But a visible, engaged, confident presence? That’s where opportunities really start moving. 🚀

Now that you have worked on your profile by updating your headline, refining your summary, adding your experience properly and cleaned up your photo. What do you do now? Well taking those small steps to be more visible and be a part of conversations is your next best step. This includes commenting thoughtfully on a post, sharing an insight from something you have learned, connecting to someone in your field and posting a project, side hustle or an achievement. Remember, you do not have to be an influencer just your intentional, authentic self.

Many of us struggle with this whole LinkedIn thing because we think, “I don’t have enough experience yet.” Maybe if we reframe that we might be able to take baby steps. Instead say to yourself that, “I don’t need 10 years of experience to have a voice”, “I just need curiosity, growth, and honesty about my journey”. Your perspective as a student or graduate is valid. Your progress is worth sharing. Your growth is your brand. 🌱

So without further ado, here’s another installment of Better Yourself Friday
