Whether you are prepping for your first interview or looking to polish your technique, confidence is key, and preparation is your secret weapon. 💼💪

Okay so you’ve landed the interview, great! Now it’s time to show them why you are the perfect fit. You must start off by doing your homework. Research the company’s mission, values, and recent work. Understand the role you're applying for and prepare questions that show them you are not just looking for a job, but you are looking to grow. 🌱🧠

Next, practice makes polished. Try common interview questions and get familiar with the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers. This is especially helpful for those “Tell me about a time when…” questions. Trust us, having a few solid stories ready will make a huge difference. 🗣️✨

Remember the little things matter too! First impressions go beyond words. Dress appropriately for the company culture, make eye contact (even if it’s over Zoom 👀💻), smile, and keep your body language open and confident. Interviews can be intimidating, but when you prepare with intention, you walk in feeling confident, calm, and capable. Employers notice that. You’ve got this! 🙌
