Who can apply?

The Programme is open to graduates from various fields of study, including:

• Property Studies (BSc)

• Property Management (BSc)

• Real Estate (BSc)

• Any other property-related qualification

Graduates with a strong interest in at least one of the following areas:

• Retail property management

• Facilities management

Application Documents 

• South African citizen

• Completed or about to complete an under or post- graduate degree

• Have attained 60% pass rate in final year

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
