The Mechanical Engineering Graduate at MAN Energy Solutions will support the Service Workshop Manager by defining scopes of work and advising on repair methods, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and internal capabilities. You will assist the Sales team with technical insights during the tender process and collaborate with Project Engineers to review contracts, address discrepancies, and oversee technical requirements. Other key responsibilities include developing manufacturing drawings, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvements. Additionally, you will act as a Quality Controller, ensuring work meets technical standards.
