The Graduate Intern at MasterStart will support the Key Account Managers by handling day-to-day administrative tasks and reporting on learner status, including closing reports. You will prepare monthly status reports for each client, manage student enrolments, and oversee retention campaigns. In this role, the Graduate Intern will also complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned, while acquiring a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements. You will learn to navigate a CRM system and assist Key Account Managers throughout the sales lifecycle, including helping to build tailored learning solutions for clients. This internship offers a comprehensive introduction to client management and sales support within the education sector.
