What you will be doing

You will be the account manager and hiring partner for a portfolio of companies that hire through Jobox. After our Business Development team brings them in, you will take over the relationship, onboard them, help them post strong job opportunities on the platform and support them through their first few placements.

Your goal is to make sure they have a great experience, see clear value in using Jobox and continue hiring with us. You will also keep relationships warm between programmes so we always have employers ready to participate in upcoming placement opportunities. This is a relationship driven, client facing role that is focused on building trust and helping employers succeed on Jobox.

Where you will fit in

You will report to the Head of Customer Success and work closely with the Programme Associate, who oversees programme delivery and timelines. You will also collaborate with the Student Success team, who source and vet candidates for employer opportunities. Together, you will ensure every company hiring through Jobox has a seamless experience from onboarding and posting roles to successful placement and ongoing engagement.

What you will be doing

You will manage the delivery of Jobox programmes that either connect students and graduates to real work opportunities or provide bursary management and support services. Each programme has clear outcomes, such as placing youth into companies, coordinating mentorship and readiness workshops, or tracking progress for reporting back to funders.

Once a programme is confirmed, you will take ownership of its day-to-day coordination. You will develop a simple plan, align timelines across teams, and keep delivery on track. You will work closely with the account managers who handle employer relationships and with our candidate support team, who guide and track graduates through the process to make sure candidates are matched with the right employers, interviews are scheduled, and placements are completed.

Your role is to keep everything running smoothly. You will monitor progress, keep our systems updated, and share regular updates with the Head of Customer Success, who oversees partner relationships. This role is about driving execution, turning signed programmes into successful outcomes, and ensuring every moving part runs smoothly from kick-off to completion.

We are running more funded programmes and placement projects and we need someone who will make sure they are delivered on time and to the standard our partners expect. This role turns a confirmed programme into an organised plan, keeps internal teams aligned and makes sure the Head of Customer Success always knows where things are. A good person in this role will make life easier for account managers and the candidate support team.

Where you will fit in

You will report to the Head of Customer Success and work closely with the account managers and candidate support teams. The account manager focuses on building and managing relationships with companies that host graduates, while the candidate support team supports and tracks candidates through their placements. Your role sits at the center of both teams, coordinating their efforts for each programme. You will make sure timelines are aligned, targets are met, and communication flows smoothly.
