The Junior Data Analyst will support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across the business. The role involves turning data into information that helps guide business and client decisions, while ensuring accuracy and consistency. It includes analysing conversations, workflows, and performance trends to identify opportunities for clearer communication and more efficient processes. The Junior Data Analyst will contribute to the development of dashboards, metrics, and reports that support decision-making, collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality, and continuously look for ways to streamline and improve data processes and delivery.
