The Dispatch Coordinator and Customer Support role at Breaze Delivery will oversee day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure smooth communication across drivers, customers, and internal teams. They will schedule and monitor delivery routes, track progress, and step in to resolve logistical issues as they arise. On the customer side, they will handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism while keeping accurate records of interactions and feedback. The position also involves close coordination with warehouse staff and support in refining dispatch and customer service processes. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of logistics and customer support, offering exposure to multiple parts of delivery operations.
