We understand that after interviews, students often seek feedback to improve their skills and understand their strengths and weaknesses. However, it can be challenging for employers to provide timely feedback to every candidate. With the new feedback feature, employers now have the ability to rate on criteria such as communication and provide additional feedback on the candidates they have interviewed directly within the Jobox platform. This feedback is then automatically sent to the candidate via email, ensuring that they receive valuable insights and guidance to help them grow professionally.

We understand that employers often have specific requirements and preferences when it comes to hiring. Sometimes, a resume and cover letter may not provide enough information to make a decision. That's why we've introduced a new feature that allows employers to request additional submissions from candidates, such as a written piece or an introduction video. When creating a job listing, employers can simply type in the submission requirements and candidates will be prompted to provide the requested submissions as part of their application. This feature gives employers the flexibility to gather more comprehensive information about candidates, helping them make more informed hiring decisions.
